Join KECAN therefore, request all to be aware and to conduct our authorized agent members for correct counseling.
KECAN also plans to advise all students and parents seeking counseling for their higher education to go through only certified members of KECAN. It also plans to standardize the charges for standard services to be given by all KECAN members. It also plans to take appropriate action against any KECAN member if it is found to be in breach of the KECAN Code OF Conduct
